CREATED ISSUE: Hidden shares

LNM only offers support for network shares that aren't hidden. Are there plans to change this to also support hidden shares?

Adding resources for other languages as described in "Localization Guide" does not work.
Texts are always in english.

Moreover there is a problem in source code with neutral culture like "it". I've corrected using CultureInfo.CreateSpecificCulture() in the global.asax.

I've found in LNMEngine.Localization.LocalizationConfiguration that the property Locale return always the DefaultLocale read from the registry key.
